Favorite Recipes
These are not from a Dutch Oven or over a campfire. Several people have asked about recipes from the Christmas Party and elsewhere where they have tried things that they really liked. So when we get one, we will post it here.
We will start with Mrs. Murray's BAKED PINEAPPLE recipe that everyone was asking about at the Christmas Party!

Baked Pineapple
In a 2-quart casserole dish combine pineapple, sugar and flour. Toss. Sprinkle cheese on top. Sprinkle Ritz on top of cheese. Pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |

Bugle Dip Recipe Here is Karen France's Recipe from New Year's Eve that was requested be several people: Mix 8 oz. softened cream cheese with 1/3 cup Catalina salad dressing and 1 Tablespoon of minced onion. Chill and enjoy! |

Hot Crab Dip For those of you who wanted Judi LaPolla's recipe:

Melt cream cheese over low heat, add 1 1/2 cups
cheddar, seasonings and crab. Spread in pie dish. Sprinkle
rest of cheddar and red pepper on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |

at the party: Since a lot of people asked
Sunday night, the Potato Soup was Bear Creek brand from Sam's Club. It
did come in a can but now is packaged in a plastic container. Just add
water and you can make from 2 - 24 servings. 2 lbs 1 oz (24 servings)
