The Troop 101 Cookbook!

Eagles Wings is putting together a collection of troop recipes for an upcoming Troop Cookbook. We've extended the deadline, so be sure to get your recipes in soon!

The Troop 101 Christmas Party is coming up and we’re looking forward to bringing you the best of the Holiday Season.

Join the troop at the Ali Baba Grotto on Sunday, December 4th.  Dinner will be served at 5:30 with the Winter Court of Honor to follow.  Eagle’s Wings members will be calling all of our families to let you know what to bring and to confirm a headcount so we’ve got plenty of treats on hand for all!

If you participated in our fleece wear sale, your orders will be ready for pick up that night.

We will also be taking pre-orders for the Troop 101 Cookbook.  Thank you to all who submitted recipes.  Because we are working hard to make sure this cookbook is something you will truly appreciate, we are extending the completion date to sometime this spring (Spaghetti Dinner!).  If you miss us at the party, we’ll have the order form available on line this winter.

Finally, please help us with this year’s Angel Tree project.  Please donate a gift to a child in need this year.  Complete information will be set up at the party!!

WHO ARE EAGLE’S WINGS?

The Eagle’s Wings is a group of parents who may not have the time to be an ASM or a committee member but would still like to help make a contribution to our Troop. Eagle’s Wings meet just once a month and help to plan and coordinate our several events throughout the year.

Help us to help your scouts - and get involved with:

• The Annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser and basket auction.

• Coordinating refreshments for Troop Courts of Honor.

• Planning our Annual Halloween Party for the troop.

• Preparing the Annual Christmas Party for the troop.

• Providing a Christmas community service project in which the troop can participate

• Coordinating our Annual Summer Camp Picnic.

• Serve as a support group for the parents of new families that join the troop

WHERE CAN YOU FIND US?

EASY! We meet the second Monday of the month during the regular troop meeting at Dunkin Donuts right next to the Elks. The June meeting is at the troop's annual Family Campout. Meeting schedules may vary, depending on current projects. Check the Troop Calendar for updates and details
